Susan Straight

Susan Straight is the author of three novels, including I Been in Sorrow’s Kitchen and Licked Out All the Pots, and a collection of stories, Aquaboogie. Her work has won many awards, including a Guggenheim fellowship and a Lannan Foundation grant. She teaches creative writing at the University of California, Riverside, and is the mother of three young daughters.
